All you need to do is to keep your finger pressed for one whole minute, such as on the photo. Repeat the same thing on the other hand as well.

Every finger is responsible for different emotions.

The thumb is responsible for nausea
The index finger represents fear
Middle finger is equal to anger
The ring finger is linked to sadness
