1. First Tibetan -Increases physical and spiritual movement and stabilizes the psychological condition.

Stand still. Slightly bend your knees. Spread your hands sideways. Direct your eyes into one point. Rotate slowly clockwise (from left to right), while standing in one place. Practice this exercise five times a day. Since you might feel dizzy, the orientation of the point, which you have initially started and will finish with, will help you. Stop, place your hands on your chest and direct your eyes on the thumbs.

2. Second Tibetan – It will return you to your core and strengthens both abdominal muscles and immunity.

Lie on on the floor on your back and spread your arms alongside the body with your fingers together, not spread. Breathe deeply and calmly. While inhaling pull both your head and your knees toward your stomach. You back should remain pinned to the ground. During the second inhaling, lift both your legs horizontally in the air. Remain in this position during several breaths. When you exhale, slowly lower the lower part of the head and feet on the floor.

3. Third Tibetan – Spreads the chest and helps clearly see your life goals.

Vertically straighten your body, straighten your toes as well, and crouch. Direct your chin toward the chest. Close your eyes and inhale several times. When inhaling, move the hands, in circular motion, and transfer them onto your hips. Relax the shoulders and slightly lean backwards. Slowly lower the head behind your back, relax the jaw, open it slowly and inhale several times. In order to achieve balance, take a position as if you were an embryo, rely your buttocks on the heels and your forehead on the floor.

4. Fourth Tibetan – It straightens the neck, strengthens the spine and activates digestion.

Sit with your legs straightened. Rely your hands on the level with the buttocks so that the neck remains upright. Bring your legs and place your feet hip-width, parallel to each other. Lift the buttocks with the first inhaling. Then lift your body in the bridge position. Slowly lower your head backwards. Relax the lower jar. Remain in this position in the next few breaths. Without stopping to breathe, briefly tighten every muscle in the body. When you exhale return to the original sitting position and relax. In order to achieve balance, bent the upper body over the leg,.

5. Fifth Tibetan- purifies the mind and cancels bad mood.

Lie on your stomach on the ground and place your hands to chest-height. Apply pressure on the floor with the toes and during the inhalation lift your hands upwards. Slowly switch your head to the rear and stay in this position during a few peaceful breathes. Take the V-position in the following inhaling. Lower your heels on the ground and pull the chin to the chest. Shortly hold your breath while in this position and return to the initial position afterwards.

1. Self-Massaging Your Neck

This technique is recommended in situations where you have severe pain in the neck and you cannot turn your head to the side. All you need is a yoga cube or harder sponge and a tennis ball.

Take the yoga cube in one hand and the ball in the other. Stand one foot away from the wall, while facing it, and throw your left leg back. Hold the cube against the wall, before your right shoulder and place the ball between the cube and your neck’s curve. Slowly press your body against the wall. Then repeat the exercise on the other side of the neck.

2. Self-Massaging The Upper Part of Your Back

Pain in the neck is often associated with back pain. So when we are massaging the neck, it is recommended to massage your back, whether you feel pain in it or not. Stand with your back facing the wall.

Place the tennis ball between the top of the right shoulder and spine and lean your body to the wall. Make a circular motion with your hand in order to massage the internal muscles as well.

3. Stretching The Neck And Chest

Continuous usage of mobile phones, computers and improper sleeping are forcing us to pull our neck forward which leads to stiffness and pain in the body. Therefore occasionally we need to stretch the neck and back.

Stand with your hands placed behind your back and lift your head slowly in order to stretch your whole body and neck. While you are doing this remember not to relax your stomach. Hold the spine in a neutral position. Hold the body in this position from 20 to 30 seconds.

It is widely know that normal, human urine is yellow in color, but many often notice that the color of their urine is completely changed and often varies from dark to bright.

Foamy urine:does not affect the color or your urine. But, it accompanies it at certain times, which can be considered alarming. Excessive foam in your urine is typically a sign of ingesting too much protein.
Seeking Medical Attention
Usually a drastic change in urine color is caused by something you ate or drunk. Take notes of the color changes, and record when and how often they occur. If you can rule out medication or food as possible causes for your change in urine color, contact your physician as soon as possible. Also consider any other possible symptoms you may be experiencing that are related to a major health issue:


Are you urinating only small amounts at a time?

Lower-back problems are the number two reason people visit a doctor, second only to the common cold and flu. If you’re prone to pain, you may already be treating it with OTC medications or trying to prevent it by strengthening your core and back. Consider these pill-free treatments another weapon in your arsenal.

Yoga
People who took a weekly 75-minute class for 12 weeks found that they had diminished lower-back pain symptoms and less need for pain meds than those who didn’t, according to a 2011 study in Archives of Internal Medicine. Can’t stomach downward dog? Researchers found similar results among those who took a 50-minute weekly intensive stretching class instead.

Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT)
Six sessions of OMT—during which a doctor of osteopathy stretches and uses gentle pressure on muscles and joints—led to substantial improvement in about half of people with lower-back pain after 12 weeks, according to a University of North Texas Health Sciences Center study published last March. Nearly two-thirds reported moderate improvement.

Comfrey Root
Using an ointment that contains this plant-based extract reduced lower-back pain by 95%, according to a 2009 study conducted by Merck and published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Look for comfrey-root ointment in health food stores or online. Just don’t use it for more than 10 days at a time—it can be toxic.

Acupuncture
It may relieve lower-back pain more effectively than meds or physical therapy, according to a 2009 study done at Group Health Cooperative for Health Studies in Seattle and Northern California Kaiser Permanente in Oakland.

Massage
A third of people who got one weekly for 10 weeks reported significant relief from their lower-back pain, compared with 4% who didn’t go for rubdowns, according to a 2011 study in The Annals of Internal Medicine.

According to sources, always referred as Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, this time might play a former wrestler, ‘Mahavir Phogat‘ in a film based on the real life of the wrestler in his next film, tentatively titled Kushti.





Phoghat’s daughters, Geeta and Babita, who are wrestlers themselves, had once appeared on his chat show, Satyamev Jayate and when Aamir got to know about the struggles undergone by their father Mahavir, it got him interested in a film based on his life.

“Aamir will be undergoing a lot of training to play a wrestler who trains his daughters to take up a sport. It is a rather difficult role to play. He needs to look like a wrestler and also sound like one,” said a source.

Last time Aamir played the role of a sports person in “Lagan” he was nominated for Oscars and after seeing the recent success of PK, it is rest assured that another super hit movie is lined up for Christmas 2016. It is a long wait for Aamir fans but indeed it surely pays off.

Did you know that when you have pain in the spine you can reduce it by massaging your feet? For starters, you need to find the spine-point on your feet.

Sit down on the floor in legged position and take one foot in your hand.


The line between your heel and big toe in the inner foot’s bow is the projection of your spine. Visually separate the line as it was your spine, coccyx, sacrum, lumbar, thoracic and cervical part of the spine. Apply pressure, using your fingers, from the heel to the toe. If there are any problems in your spine, you will find their appearance – thicken and painful points. By gently massaging these points you will act directly onto your spine and the pain and tension will be gone.

According to a report carried out by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB), 6000-8000 young Nepali girls aged between 20 to 30 years have been trafficked to the Gulf countries till December.

Revealing the modus operandi of the alleged trafficking, a senior agency official said, the girls are booked with tickets, provided visa and hotel reservation in Nairobi via Dubai for tourist purposes but when they land in Dubai, their tickets for Nairobi and hotel bookings are canceled.

The girls also carry with them ´Paper Visa´ to work in Dubai which they keep hidden with them. Once the tickets are canceled in Dubai, they go to their agents there, stay for two-three months and come back, the official claimed.

When asked about Nairobi connection when they can easily go to Dubai and come back as they have valid documents, the official said there could be many reasons--the Nepalese officials seek details of employer and nature of work and prostitution is never encouraged, girl going to Dubai for work is a social stigma among others.

Following a tip-off, agency had carried out a surprise check which revealed that 76 girls were travelling to Nairobi via Dubai on an Air India flight in July 2014 after which records of such travels were checked, the sources added.

The official said that agency has written to MEA, MHA and other concerned authorities to look into the issue and plug the loop holes in the immigration system which is exploited by the agents to supply girls to gulf countries.

He had reportedly sent a request to the authorities for an extension in the jail leave on Wednesday. He was granted a 14-day furlough on December 24, 2014.

The actor is serving 42 months of his five year sentence from May 2013 for illegal possession of arms in a case related to the 1993 serial blasts.

Sanjay has already spent over 100 days out of the jail between May 2013 to May 2014 either on furlough or parole.

Earlier, Dutt had taken furlough on medical grounds in October 2013 for 28 days, followed by a similar leave for 28 days in December 2013, to tend to his ailing wife Manyata, who was found attending a party the next day leading to protests. His wife's purported prolonged illness prompted him to seek further parole in January this year for another 28 days.




His frequent furloughs have created much controversy within the political corridors. Even the current furlough came under the scanner of Maharashtra government.

Sanjay Dutt's repeated parole was also questioned by the Bombay High Court in February 2014. The court had said that it was high time the rules for such relief were looked into and that there was a need for bringing in 'radical changes' in the Prisons Rules, 1959.

Whether the celebration continues in Dutt household or not, will depend on Mumbai Police as his furlough can be extended only after its nod.

The next 3-5 days you can include grilled fish, chicken, steam veggies, egg whites, fresh fruit and vegetables so that you do not switch immediately to a strong diet that will be a shock to the body. The diet is not recommended for people with health problems!

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who will star with Pakistani actress Mahira Khan and acclaimed Indian actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the forthcoming film "Raees", is all praise for them, and says now he would have to pull up his socks to perform as well as the duo.

"Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan are there in the film (Raees). Both of them are very accomplished actors. I think the cast is really wonderful," Shah Rukh said at the launch of Dabboo Ratnani's annual calendar.

To be directed by Dholakia, Raees is being co-produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.


"Now I would have to excel and perform like them,", added the actor, who is set to join the film's shoot by March end.

Mahira, who became popular in India with her successful TV show "Humsafar", will be seen as Shah Rukh's leading lady in "Raees".

Shah Rukh has already met Mahira and seen her television work. He is quite impressed with her talent.

"Rahul (Dholakia) liked her. She suited the film a lot. I have seen a little bit part of her television stuff. I have met her and she is marvellous actor," the 49-year-old said.

To be directed by Dholakia, "Raees" is being co-produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

5. Put a shower cap or dry towel or plastic wrap for 10-20 minutes.
6. Then finally wash your hair thoroughly, and apply hair conditioner for a few minutes then rinse it with water. And style it the way you wanted.

Notes to remember:



Egg mixture should not exceed to 10-20 minutes on your hair or it will cause your hair to dry out because of the eggs high protein properties.

Then do this for once a month only, because of its high protein content overuse of this mixture will not treat your hair but just damage it.

Drinking plenty of water helps optimize uric acid filtering. It helps dilute the uric acid and stimulates the kidneys to eliminate excess amounts from the body through urine.

Plus, drinking adequate water regularly can reduce the risk of recurrent gout attacks. In an internet-based study presented at the 2009 annual meeting of the American College of Rheumatology, researchers found that participants who drank five to eight glasses of water in the 24-hour period prior to a possible gout attack had a 40 percent decreased risk of an attack compared with those who drank only one glass of water or less.

Drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water throughout the day.
Also, include more fluids and fresh, water-rich fruits and vegetables in your diet.
7. A Low-Purine Diet

Purines are nitrogen-containing compounds that break down into uric acid, thus increasing levels in the body. They are mostly found in animal proteins.

Steer clear of animal proteins like meats, organ meats, fish and poultry. Legumes, yeast, mushrooms, asparagus and beans are also high in purine. Beer, too, is rich in purine.

8. High-Fiber Foods and Starchy Carbohydrates

Foods high in dietary fiber help lower uric acid levels by absorbing it and then eliminating it from the body. You can also eat foods with starchy carbohydrates as they contain only small amounts of purine.

Whole grains, apples, pears, oranges and strawberries are some examples of high fiber foods that you can incorporate in your diet. Starchy carbohydrates are foods like rice, whole grain pasta, tapioca (also called sabudana), quinoa, potato, oats and bananas.

You can also drink green papaya tea to prevent the buildup of uric acid and treat uric acid and gout related problems. The papain in green papaya helps the body maintain an alkaline state and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.



9. Dairy Products
Low-fat milk and dairy products have been associated with lower plasma urate concentrations and reduced risk of gout. Skim milk, for example, contains orotic acid that decreases the re-absorption of uric acid and promotes its removal through the kidneys.

Drink one to five cups of skim milk daily.
You can also include low-fat yogurt and other dairy products in your diet.
Tofu, too, can help alter plasma protein concentration and increase uric acid clearance. Soy milk, however, has been found to increase uric acid.

10. Wheatgrass Juice

Wheatgrass helps restore alkalinity in the blood. Plus, it is rich in vitamin C, chlorophyll and phytochemicals that promote detoxification. It is also a good source of protein and amino acids as an alternative to eating animal protein.

Simply drink one ounce (two tablespoons) of wheatgrass juice mixed with a squeeze of lemonjuice daily until your uric acid level comes down.

Additional Tips

Limit your alcohol intake as it interferes with the elimination of uric acid.
Avoid high-fructose corn syrup or glucose-fructose syrup as they tend to increase uric acid levels.
Get regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight. It is believed that fatty tissue tends to increase uric acid production.
Eat a balanced diet that is high in complex carbohydrates and low in protein. Avoid refined carbohydrates such as white bread, cakes and candies.
Cut back on foods high in fat as it lowers the body’s ability to eliminate uric acid.
