Recipe no.2

Ingredients:

Small handful of fresh peppermint or 1 teaspoon dried peppermint tea
1 teaspoon licorice tea or fresh licorice root
1-2 teaspoon rooibos tea
Peppermint

It enhances the blood flow as it stimulates the circulatory system. Moreover, peppermint is amazing for the digestive system, raises the energy levels and boosts metabolism.

Licorice

Licorice effectively protects the gastric mucosa and reduces the stomach ache, flatulence and bloating.

Rooibos Tea

Method of preparation
